Our warranty covers a period of 24 months, starting from the purchase date as stated on your invoice. Please ensure you keep your proof of purchase, as it will be required to make a warranty claim.

What does our warranty cover?
Our warranty applies to manufacturing and material defects that may occur under normal use of the product. This includes:

  • Functionality issues: for example, if the device does not operate properly or fails to respond as described in the user manual.

What is not covered by the warranty?
The warranty does not cover damage resulting from:

  2. External damage: for example, damage caused by dropping, impact, or water.
  3. Unauthorized repairs or modifications: repairs carried out by third parties not authorized by Voltparts.com.

How to make a warranty claim
If you experience a problem with your product that you believe falls under the warranty, please follow these steps:

  2. Describe the issue and include photos or videos, if necessary, to clearly show the defect.
  3. Return the product after receiving approval from our customer service. We will provide you with a return label and further instructions.

Repair or Replacement
Upon receiving the product, we will carefully inspect it. If the defect is covered under warranty, we offer the following solutions:

  • Repair of the defective product at no additional cost.
  • Replacement with a new or equivalent model if repair is not possible.

If the defect is not covered under warranty, we will inform you and provide an affordable repair option.
